yes, I was including the warm ups in the log but it's usually the same thing... This last work out just bw squats then 135x4 225x6 then the working set... Ya it's pretty damn nice having the weights at home as we all know just making it to the gym can be a obstical... I'll be chillin at home and just throw the weights on the bar when I feel like I'm at the peak for the day inbetween meal etc... Only bad thing is I'm out under the sun so evenings or early morning is best but I plan on moving it under my breezeway before the weather comes I just need to clean up around here n move things around...
Eh its nothing, it's a light day worked into the program.... Usually 1-2 days like this a week with one or two heavy days... 325lbs is like a base weight and heavy days alternates intensity and volume...

Been slacking skipped fri and Monday just when I got to the meat an potatoes of this program...
ill spare you all the excuses.. Trying to figure out if I should pick up where I left off or scrap it and move on to somthing else...
