* had chain wrapped around bar that inhibited smooth pull so i got rid of it. Definitely time to invest in couple more plates. Last wave was 315 x 15 x 2

Sleep has been atrocious as of late. no more then 2hrs a night and its usually in 30 min increments....fml

Ohp - shoulders n traps still tight/sore from squat day and im sure the round of golf yesterday didnt help and neither did the copius amounts of alcohol consumed.

Wish i knew man, even with meds this is still happening. Been waking up with painful numbness in the arms
Roll the barbell over both sides of your forearms for a couple minutes each.

Hang from a pull up bar for 5 minutes. Maybe only be able to do like to 15 seconds at a time but accumulate 5 min.

Thank Turbs. Sleep goin awful still, maybe 15 minutes last night and i was in bed for 8hrs. Im sitting at dr's office rite now
