Swelling has finally gone down now so back at it today. Tuesday I got 15miles on the bike in. Getting back to the gym again and out of basement, my roommate started the spartan program and is training 6x wk. He's doing splits with 20 mins cardio in the morning so I'm taking that time to stretch and warm up for the day.

Am split
treadmill - 3° @ 2.5 pace for 10 mins

Heal fast, hate to see the stitches pop when you bench or squat. Nice training and numbers in here, great stuff all round. Keep at it.

Am stretch. 1 x 3 Dl tonight. Bit nervous as squats suffered already. Using different bars and at the gym now instead of basement.

10 min treadmill - 5°, pace @ 3
