What's the story with the shoulder pain

Wish i could tell you. It's the shoulder I had operated on last yr and pressing still hurts. Once I get a bit of weight on the bar it starts. First reps is always good, 2nd rep I feel it when Bar leaves chest, and by Rep 3 the decent hurts. Pressing has become depressing

Where in the shoulder? Is it all pressing or just barbell flat bench?

It feels like it is in the joint itself but I would say more towards the front of the shoulder. Incline bp isn't nearly as bad. Ohp it's the same, pain in the front of shoulder. Pain is always at the bottom end of the rep
