No belt at all today. My hips and back feel much better than after conv pulling. I would like to work on this @PillarofBalance

Vid - 1st rep I pulled through too hard, 2nd rep felt better but 3rd rep felt solid to me

Strong cup of coffee and 100mg caffeine 45mins before lifting made a huge difference the whole night. Definitely trying to limit it but I'll drink less in the morning if this keeps working

Can't do the 15 x 2 but even with glass shoulders this is a improvement. Accessory work will be tomorrow, Friday off, and squats on Sat..... maybe Sun. All reps were pain free which was big surprise. Now I need to get strength/stamina built back up.

It was a Miller high life night.....for my old man. I make due with what I have man, i've welded/rebent my bar a few times
