Didn't really injure it, think it's just too tight from the long deload and multiple days with deadlifts and/or squats in one week irritated it. It'll be fine soon enough. I do a fair amount of mobility each night before bed just stretching and opening up my hips.I was gonna say holy shit bro, huge jump lol.
Good work man, howd you hurt the hip? Been dealing with a hip issue for the last year or so myself. recently realized that my TFL is super tight which was causing really bad IT band and hip pain. Not sure where your pain is but def something to look into.
