Fage 0% plain for me. Has a better nutrient profile (imo) than the other big brands. I put my oats, cinnamon and splenda in it mix it all up and let it get frosty in the freezer.

Diet is spot on for me right now. Gained about 12lbs the last 5 weeks. Eating 4000 ultra clean cals. Protein and carbs are at ~430g each and fat is 51g. Been working perfectly for me to gain mass and stay lean.

Post a vid up if possible. There are a lot of reason you could be leaning forward on your toes. Poor posture (not keeping chest wide and up) and for me something as simple as looking down will do it.
