Yeah I did. All that pulled up where YMCA and health clubs like planet fitness. Only three of them and they kind of far out. I don't know today is my first day at this hospital so I'll check with them and see what they advise.
Hello everyone. It's been a long while since I've been trying on here. Work has been really busy here on the outer banks of North Carolina. You'll be pleased to know that I finally made it to a gym today. It's been nearly 2months since I've worked out. It sucked to say the least lol. I had to give up bcc I started getting nauseated lol (I've become a pansy lol, but not for long).

Rest periods b/w sets were 30sec. Then gave it up. It's gonna take a few weeks to get back shape to perform well in the gym. I may need to back the at down and work my way up

It hasn't been the best bc I'm living out of a motel for 9 weeks.
