Glyco, the exercise description is above it and the numbers are weight x reps for the exercise.

BB Bench: 135lbs x 15 reps
Standing DB scoop: 15lbs x 10 reps

Thanks brother. My lats have always been a strong point for me. One of my early training partners in BB’ing was obsessed with pull-ups. There was a time I could pull a set of 6 or 8 with 3 plates tied to my waist.

I remember an old PLUSA article mentioning "some guy" named Ed Coan finishing up with a set of pullups with 100lbs x 10 and I was impressed. And here you were doing a few reps less with 35lbs more!

Damn bro. I have a little mat experience focused on take downs and quickly wrecking someone. Not on your level but, your engagement times are impressive. You are a bad motherfucker fo sho!
