Thanks brother. My lats have always been a strong point for me. One of my early training partners in BB’ing was obsessed with pull-ups. There was a time I could pull a set of 6 or 8 with 3 plates tied to my waist.Hell yeah! The most impressive part, you were still able to do pull ups at the end of each set. Mad respect.
I remember an old PLUSA article mentioning "some guy" named Ed Coan finishing up with a set of pullups with 100lbs x 10 and I was impressed.
