Shoulder was making clunking sounds while pressing,. Nice.Discovered if I put my hands slightly closer than shoulder width I can press with manageable pain.
Kept the weights down for obvious reasons.
Will be icing it later. Use to be able to do 275 btn presses for reps now I can't do the bar that way.

Overall had a great w/o dips blew up my tris and my delts are pumped too, love it.

Here's a vid of the pulls.
Wear rehbands for heat in the knee's but their becoming problematic, by rep 7 the left one was messed up by rep 9 my whole knee cap was exposed. You can see in the video I'm looking at my knee, figured by rep 9 I was only going to do one more rep and quit. My lower back is sore today going to foam roller it later and do some stretching.

Hamstrings & Lower back are sore. Did tnG this time for more work on lower back and working on a more fluid transition. I had a really bad hitch problem a few months ago.

The 365 press I tried to pull it down to touch big mistake about dumped it, after I gathered it back up still pressed it. Would of smoked it if I would of just pressed it when it stopped. Quit there. Next round of Wendlers program 405 will be on the bar. Think its going to take 425-450 to get the bar to touch. No shirt work next week stick to assistance work.

Rudy got me setup a little over a year ago. I was messin around with low 4's back then and overstepped my shoulders limits again. I had been training with a loose RageX and only used the OK shirt a handful of times total. The shirt has a ton of potential but I need to learn it better. I knew the RageX inside and out would never of got in trouble with that shirt but with some time in the Overkill I'm sure I'll feel just as comfortable but with more pop.

A little history I'm 99% sure I have a small labrum tear and if I do certain things the shoulder shuts me down big time and I have to work my way back. I had a patallar tear a while back went to the doc he did a Q&A and determined it wasn't torn(bc I was still squatting low 5's). So I kept squatting tried to push heavier, knee pain got so bad I went back and told him something is wrong, he gave me this guilt trip and ordered an MRI. By then my knee was a mess patallar, meniscus, micro fibers under the knee cap were all f'd up. I will say this my knee was stronger back then all torn up than it is to this day. Back when I had good shoulders my raw bench was around 4.

Think the last time I aggravated my shoulder It was bc I was doing a shitload of PUllups and worked up to 100lbs for 6reps and I heard/felt it let go some more. This has been a long road back I firmly believe it would heal with hgh but thats a pipe dream.
My knee situation is why I opt not to get cut. I didn't go with a sports doctor for the knee so not certain if it would of made a difference. I felt you needed a little history to get a good view on why the weights are what they are. If my shoulder was a 100% I'm confident that the Overkill shirt would put me in the 5 range it has a ton of pop, i've been told it will stretch however I cant substantiate that with the little time in it so far.

Was sorta why I was asking. Wasn't calling you weak or nothing, I just know overkill has a reputation for making some radical gear. Thanks for the backstory brother.
