Pics as of 10/26/25. Gained 1.5 pounds from last week, so went back up to 206. Have a good excuse, IMO, as I took my wife hiking in full color in western PA from Thurs through Sun. Did about 5-6 miles each day (McConnell Mill State Park, Ohiopyle State Park, Laurel Hill State Park). Absolutely beautiful. Got plenty of exercise, but ate well! LOL I'm guessing the added weight is mostly water, but I'll know better over these next couple of days.
IMO, my posing is improving. Working on better ab control. Rome wasn't built in a day...
