I'm beginning to enter new territory for me on conditioning. So from here on in, it'll be a new experience. Good times!Sounds like you have a good plan. For me, 8% and under is the death zone. Gym weights don't move and I get to be even more of a cranky old man. On the flip side, you will find your sweet spot if you do go too low. Sometimes you never know how much is enough until you know much is too much.
