Sounds like you have a good plan. For me, 8% and under is the death zone. Gym weights don't move and I get to be even more of a cranky old man. On the flip side, you will find your sweet spot if you do go too low. Sometimes you never know how much is enough until you know much is too much.

You really great brother.
I'm beginning to enter new territory for me on conditioning. So from here on in, it'll be a new experience. Good times!

Lowest dosing possible to keep making gains is best long term but you know at our age safety and gains can be a balance.
Buy a trimmer and shave off the hairy assed legs they will look way better lmao
A shitload of pushups and body sqauts can do wonders when a good gym is not available.

LOL, that's so funny you say that about the hair on my legs. I was talking to my wife about that this morning. That's just a lot of surface area, and I don't know whether I'll want to maintain it. But I'm thinking pretty seriously about it. I've got enough hair on my lower body to get sheared and donate the hair to a charity to make wigs for cancer survivors! LOL

Progress pics as of 9/28/25. Scale weight is now 212, so I'm down 3 pounds from last week. I'd like to say I wasn't hungry, but that wouldn't be true. I embraced the suck, and stayed disciplined. I think the reta helps me stay disciplined, although I'm slightly hungry, I'm not tempted to binge or blow my structured diet.

Present gear:
20mg test prop ED
10mg mast prop ED
GH 4IUs ED, AM

Also running:
reta (1mg EOD)
SLU-PP-332 (500mcg 3x/day)
methylene blue (20mg 3X/daya)
BAM15 (25mg 2X/day)
L-carnitine (500mg ED)
Glutathione (100mg ED)
Yep- still look way better than I do!

Will be completing the mitochondrial "repair" phase at end of this week, and moving to mitochondrial "support" phase for at least a month. That will mean dropping the SS-31 (which I was taking ED), and putting in MOTS-C at 5mg 3X/week. Will also run the BPC-157 and TB 500 together in the support phase at either 500mcg each ED or 1mg each ED. We shall see. Will also be upping my SLU-PP-332 from 500mcg 3x/day to 1.5mg 3X/day. PEDs will remain unchanged.

Asked my coach what my present conditioning level was, as I have no idea. That is, given the conditioning level he wants people to be at to get on stage (i.e., peeled), how many weeks out am I presently? He stated that I was at about 8 weeks out. So that tells me that at any reasonable conditioning level, I'm a LHW on stage, somewhere in the 190s.

Pics as of 10/12/25. Weight at 206. That's a drop of 2.5 pounds this week. Strength is holding in the gym, but I'm tired and hungry lol.

Since I'm cutting, I'm not really trying to "improve" anything, just trying to improve conditioning while holding onto my muscle. I think I've been able to cut without loss of too much muscle. Maybe even put on a pound or two, not really sure.

Am interested to hear from you all what I need to work on. I'm thinking I need to work on detail in my hammies, increasing width and thickness of my back, and put some size on my arms this next year.

at first glance and not seeing you in person- I agree with you back take: width/thickness, general upper body size to create the bigger V appearance. Your legs look solid. Well- most everything looks very solid, but if it were me and I was going to move to a growth phase it would all be about the V for me.
