Weekly update. Weighed in at 204.5 this morning, so I'm down another 1.5 pounds this week. Noticed a significant increase in fatigue this week. Not sure what to point to other than the continuing deficit. Ran out of methylene blue so abruptly dropped from 60mg/day to 0. Probably didn't help, but fatigue at lower BF levels is not atypical.

Tried to improve my posing. My coach told me I'll look 5 pounds better aesthetically simply by improving my posing. I'm sure he's right. Hopefully it's improving, but I've got a long ways to go.

How tall are you?

Looking great!
I'm 5'9" Thanks for the kind words.

Still have a layer of fat over my entire back. And forget about shredded glutes. After 20 years of TRT with me solely rotating between right and left upper glutes, I'm guess my butt doesn't look anything like it's supposed to! LOL

I wonder if I can use foam roller on my glutes to work out some of the scar tissue.

When I asked my coach what areas I need to work on, he said that I just need more everywhere. He said I don't have any glaring deficiencies (other than a wide hip bone structure), but I just need more muscle everywhere.

I think he's right for the most part. However, I think I could add a good bit of width and thickness to my back. I'm allocating a solo workout (w/ abs thrown in) dedicated to back 1x/week at the moment.

Your hamstrings are coming out now in that back double. One thing I learned to help get mine to pop is to drag my foot back like the bull in the old Bugs Bunny cartoons a couple times before I spike the calf. You could bring your arms up slightly in the rear double and rotate your wrists back just a little more, so we can see more of your biceps from the rear. These poses do look a lot better than the last ones you showed me.

Your coach is right. No glaring weaknesses, just improve everything.

Thanks GF. Just got my coach feedback on the pics, and he said the exact same thing on my back double bi! LOL My shoulder mobility is poor, so I'm incorporating stretching, as well as vacuums and other core exercises to improve my waist control.

He also said on my ab shot, to try not to flex the traps, but to pull elbows further forward and flare the lats to show more width, and improve the taper.

I asked him when he wanted to transition to a maintenance phase, and he said, "it's not broke, let's not change anything. keep cutting." So I think I'll keep digging, likely for another 4 weeks, and see if this tired old man can get into stage shape! LOL

I'll be working on those hammy poses. I'll post up weekly, and I would appreciate your feedback.

The lower back fat for me is the worst, it's the last place to go. I have barely any fat over my abs, and still have these little love handle fat patches on my lower back. I'm going to have to get way leaner to get rid of this shit.

I tend to get more fat on my lower back than my upper. However, as I've leaned out, the lower back fat that was visible went away, and now I have a thin layer across the entirety of the back. My guess is the last 10 pounds of fat will come from there, my glutes, and then little bits here and there.
