Loose skin seems to be improving, although I think that's a long term thing. I'm running Ed's GHK-Cu at 2mg/day, and taking beef collagen at 15g/day.

Also doing Ed's methylene blue at 20mg, 3X/day (total 60mg/day), Ed's BAM at 25mg, 2X/day (total 50mg/day), and Ed's SLU-PP-332 500mcg 3X/day (total 1.5mg/day). I like this combo. I'd encourage you old farts like me to give this a shot.

I'm happy with my back progress in terms of losing the back fat. It's coming off everywhere, of course, but it's nice to see those love handles and beltline fat melting away. The next 10 pounds of fat loss will be telling, IMO. Hoping to really start seeing some detail in my back, as well as better separation in my legs. (not happy in seeing my thigh gap. Going to have to reintroduce myself to the adductor machine)

looks like we posted at the same time. I'm on SLU- 1mg total. familiar with methylene (thought it was more mental clarity) don't know BAM or GHK

Update pics as of 9/21/25. Still at 215, but I can tell I've made some progress. Intensity in the gym is high, and I'm getting a bit stronger. So I'm dropping fat, and putting on a little muscle.
Excellent work, my friend!!

Progress pics as of 9/28/25. Scale weight is now 212, so I'm down 3 pounds from last week. I'd like to say I wasn't hungry, but that wouldn't be true. I embraced the suck, and stayed disciplined. I think the reta helps me stay disciplined, although I'm slightly hungry, I'm not tempted to binge or blow my structured diet.

Present gear:
20mg test prop ED
10mg mast prop ED
GH 4IUs ED, AM

Also running:
reta (1mg EOD)
SLU-PP-332 (500mcg 3x/day)
methylene blue (20mg 3X/daya)
BAM15 (25mg 2X/day)
L-carnitine (500mg ED)
Glutathione (100mg ED)

Also added helios this past week. I think this is the first time I recall using this. Injecting in love handles and along beltline of lower back as I'm holding fat there. Don't know if you guys had success with spot reduction, but clen is clen, and if not any spot reduction, I'm still getting 40mcg of clen per day, which can't hurt.

Also, swapped out ED cardio on the elliptical which was 30 minutes, and substituted with the spin bike for 30 minutes, 1 minute aggressive, 1 minute relaxed. Gets my average heart rate elevated, and I think it's a better use of my 30 minutes. That cardio is on top of my daily target of 10,000 steps

That's a reasonable question. I'm guessing I'm at about 10%BF in these latest pics. I'd like to get down to about 205 (I'm now at 212), which would help me shed some of that layer of fat across my entire back, and bring out my detail in my legs (especially hammies and calves). At 205, I'm guessing I'd be somewhere between 8-9%, but those numbers are pretty much meaningless. Really want more detail.

After I hit that conditioning goal, I'm going to go onto a "cruise." My guess is that will be holding the PEDs relatively constant, dropping some of the mitochondrial support stuff, and upping my calories to baseline. I'll hold that cruise until late January, at which time my wife and I go to Puerto Rico for a couple of months. I'll still be able to train there, but the gym is like a big crossfit type room. I'll make the best of it, and make sure I keep my cardio and steps in. Walking on the beach is a pretty nice way to get your steps.

Once I get back from PR, it'll be mid to late March, and then I'll start a push. If I'm gauging my coach right, that'll be more modest than I originally expected. I would have told you this past mid June that a push would be sustanon at 750mg, EQ at 450 and NPP at 450 with anadrol at 50mg ED and insulin pre-workout. I don't think my coach rolls that way. I think his attitude is keep the gear lower (my guess: test 500, EQ 300), and push the training and calories smart until I plateau, then titrate up the gear or add another compound, rinse and repeat for a predetermined number of weeks or until bloodwork says its time to pull back.

If I could wave the magic wand, I'd drop down to 205 this fall, hold 205 until mid January, come back from PR no more than 210 (on vacation I have no desire to live like a monk), and then start my push from there with the goal of 5-8 pounds of lean mass gain. We shall see.

Sounds like you have a good plan. For me, 8% and under is the death zone. Gym weights don't move and I get to be even more of a cranky old man. On the flip side, you will find your sweet spot if you do go too low. Sometimes you never know how much is enough until you know much is too much.

You really great brother.
