That's a reasonable question. I'm guessing I'm at about 10%BF in these latest pics. I'd like to get down to about 205 (I'm now at 212), which would help me shed some of that layer of fat across my entire back, and bring out my detail in my legs (especially hammies and calves). At 205, I'm guessing I'd be somewhere between 8-9%, but those numbers are pretty much meaningless. Really want more detail.
After I hit that conditioning goal, I'm going to go onto a "cruise." My guess is that will be holding the PEDs relatively constant, dropping some of the mitochondrial support stuff, and upping my calories to baseline. I'll hold that cruise until late January, at which time my wife and I go to Puerto Rico for a couple of months. I'll still be able to train there, but the gym is like a big crossfit type room. I'll make the best of it, and make sure I keep my cardio and steps in. Walking on the beach is a pretty nice way to get your steps.
Once I get back from PR, it'll be mid to late March, and then I'll start a push. If I'm gauging my coach right, that'll be more modest than I originally expected. I would have told you this past mid June that a push would be sustanon at 750mg, EQ at 450 and NPP at 450 with anadrol at 50mg ED and insulin pre-workout. I don't think my coach rolls that way. I think his attitude is keep the gear lower (my guess: test 500, EQ 300), and push the training and calories smart until I plateau, then titrate up the gear or add another compound, rinse and repeat for a predetermined number of weeks or until bloodwork says its time to pull back.
If I could wave the magic wand, I'd drop down to 205 this fall, hold 205 until mid January, come back from PR no more than 210 (on vacation I have no desire to live like a monk), and then start my push from there with the goal of 5-8 pounds of lean mass gain. We shall see.
