Squat 160x3 180x3 200x1 210x1 this was terrible, falling forward, knees collapsing in. Renews my desire to have a PC intense few weeks. I was pissed so I did 135x5 off box, dropped the box a couple in and 135x5 again.

i swapped Tuesday and Thursday this week because I have that physical assessment on Saturday and I don't want to be sore.
Yesterday, ran about 3 miles, still sore from Saturday.
today sort of deload week squat 160 5x5, bench 200 5x5.
my right knee hurt during squat. I don't know what from, maybe Saturday.
time to invest in knee and elbow sleeves. Tendinitis in elbows is killing me.
I'm already rolling, the pain is new. I'm thinking it has to do with hips being overly tight from last weekend or I tweaked it with all the running and jumping etc.
It's better, I still intend to get some sleeves and I ordered the voodoo floss as recommended for my elbows. Training gets closer to maxes next week so I'll need them.
