Thanks Chris. It was definitely harder than normal, but better than I expected. We'll see how squatting goes tomorrow.

Squat 160x3 180x3 200x1 210x1 this was terrible, falling forward, knees collapsing in. Renews my desire to have a PC intense few weeks. I was pissed so I did 135x5 off box, dropped the box a couple in and 135x5 again.

i swapped Tuesday and Thursday this week because I have that physical assessment on Saturday and I don't want to be sore.

Yesterday, ran about 3 miles, still sore from Saturday.
today sort of deload week squat 160 5x5, bench 200 5x5.
my right knee hurt during squat. I don't know what from, maybe Saturday.
time to invest in knee and elbow sleeves. Tendinitis in elbows is killing me.

knee still bothering me. Outside of right knee. Wrapping helped, but I need to get a good sleeve.

A foam roller will help that knee pain.

I'm already rolling, the pain is new. I'm thinking it has to do with hips being overly tight from last weekend or I tweaked it with all the running and jumping etc.

It's better, I still intend to get some sleeves and I ordered the voodoo floss as recommended for my elbows. Training gets closer to maxes next week so I'll need them.
