i have about 3 weeks more of the current template then I will take some time to really hammer the posterior chain with the box, pull throughs etc. before hitting the next phase.

Just for giggles, I looked to see how much progress I've made in ten years. Here are my notes from 2/14 and 2/16 2004

the Hmr weights are each side. I guess I was training for something different then huh?

In case the last two days do not come back...
Monday, ran about 4 mi and did descending sets 9-1 of db swing/ push up
Tuesday, squat 165 7sets of 5 and bench 175x5 200x5 225x5 265x1 245x2
elbows hurt way too much to do pull-ups so I did db rows 80, 100, 115
i really need to get some decent elbow sleeves, suggestions?

for those of you who do not monitor the chat box 24/7, last night Turbo and RR were encouraging me to try training strongman. I feel that I can start implementing it slowly with pushes,pulls and carries. I want to stay with my 5,3,1 until I at least get my big three up to 300 and OHP closer to 200.

Should have been deads and OHP today, but I'm so sick I can barely stand. I hate missing training days.

Finally starting to recover. Missed Thursday and Saturday obviously. I was going to try to get out this morning and walk a little. Maybe run if I was feeling up to it. But, wife started getting sick yesterday. Baby Friday night, daughter last night, and wife went to court this morning leaving me with babies.
i went to urgent care on Sunday morning and they gave me antibiotic so now with the pooping combined with not eating last week, I should come out of this 10lbs lighter.
