Same for me and my wife.

I hate the feeling and it lingers way too long now.
Wonder why im so sensitive to it now.
I wonder why also I've been doing a lot of reading and trying to find an alternative method of taking it and I try nasal spray I've done all this other stuff and it just doesn't work.

I have tried taking Ginger about 60 minutes prior to the shot, taking a zofran about 15 minutes before the shot and that helps quite a bit but what a fiasco to go through every time.

I also read the earlier in the day you do it the less you'll have the reaction to it if you're sensitive like you and I. They say if you take it at night like before going to bed it can be worse because your body is worn down your mind is worn down and it will actually trigger it more when you're fatigued than when you're fresh.

I've tried the take the shot right before bed figure if I get nauseous I'm going to be asleep it won't make a difference but then I wake up with a migraine headache.

We usually take it right before bed, hoping to outsleep the nausea but I wake up feeling like shit sometimes.
I can't figure out whats going on. Makes no sense.

If you find a method let me know.

Taking a break from MT2 and restarting is a huge pain for me. Whenever I start back up, I deal with nausea and I usually have to take it right before I sleep. Through trial and error, I have found a safer way to restart without the nausea.

I first reconstitute my MT2 with 2 to 3 mL of bacteriostatic water, then I start my doses extremely low at 10 to 20 mcg for at least 2 weeks. After that, the nausea usually goes away even when I increase the dose. If you still get nausea, you can try taking Benadryl or Dramamine about 30 minutes before. I hope this helps.

I used to use it about 10 years ago when me and the wife went cruising. Benadryl helped tremendously. However recently was going to take it on my trip to Florida but recent searches say it's bad for the kidneys.
