bench been resting bench lately due to the biceps tendon thing, but don't want to lose it altogether. So I tried 250x1, 275x0 260x0 close grip 185 3x5

Thanks Chris, it's tender but did not blow up like last week.

squat 210x3 225x1 240x1 155x5,7,6,8
skiped bench to allow shoulder recovery
pull ups and push downs.
