What do you do for abs?

If I may offer a recommendation, the Ab wheel or similar tool will destroy your abs. You won't be able to get off the couch.

Also, try out weighted planks.

Regarding getting the stomach full of air, I'm going to start trying a new technique someone mentioned in my log. I think it was GA. Instead of taking one big breath and descending, I'm going to start trying to remember to take multiple breathes and each time put pressure on my abs. Definitely I want to try this.

Also, meatloaf is great.... As far as I'm concerned the world can still be flat.... and I don't give a DAMN, about my lack of etiquette!
Ab wheel doesn't work for me yet because my lats overpower my abs when using it.

I do a thing with a medicine ball laying in my back where I stick out one leg and opposite arm while tucking my ribs into my hips. Lulz wut... a vid would make more sense there. Also standing weighted crunches.

What do you think of decline sit-ups? Are those beneficial?

I think decline sit ups along with all other sit ups are crap really. Bad for the back and hips.

We had a run down on planks at the gym with one of the guys. He took beastislav thru some plank positions and ab work. One of the points of discussion was on these people doing planks for like 30 seconds to a minute. Those are garbage and they are cheating themselves. Real planks are significantly harder and almost impossible for more than 15 to 20 seconds.

So the idea of adding weight to a plank to me is coercing bad technique.

So what do you think should be done for abs? I'm working on putting together some additional stuff besides vacuum pose holds and crunches. I like doing the ab dolley also.

What about leg raises?

I am always curious what type of ab work power lifters, strong man and oly lifters do.

I don't want a weak core. I just added in doing weight side bends and that has my obliques sore. So right now my ab routine is:

Laying on the floor vacuum pose hold, crunches, weighted side bends, and sometimes the Ab Dolley.

No gh. Just 200 test weekly. Adding in 400 Tren now and going to restart a recomp. I am 255 now. Probably want to be high 230s

I did the front squat. Need to add some voice over to it. BB row? Yeah I can do that too. Couldn't do the rdl one cause I had to get out of the gym and do my homework

Sitting here eating lunch. A lot of chewing. I actually have a pump in my jaw. So i figured I would log it.
