What do you do for abs?
If I may offer a recommendation, the Ab wheel or similar tool will destroy your abs. You won't be able to get off the couch.
Also, try out weighted planks.
Regarding getting the stomach full of air, I'm going to start trying a new technique someone mentioned in my log. I think it was GA. Instead of taking one big breath and descending, I'm going to start trying to remember to take multiple breathes and each time put pressure on my abs. Definitely I want to try this.
Also, meatloaf is great.... As far as I'm concerned the world can still be flat.... and I don't give a DAMN, about my lack of etiquette!
