Technically the first. Supposed to do light Monday heavy wed. Will return to normal next week probably.

Supposed to be 475 for 3x3.

Got 2 reps of the first set and miss the 3rd. Pawg and beastislav had to help me up.

Dropped to 450 and couldn't even unrack it. Tried twice. Back folded over and chest sank.
