Didn't train yesterday because I got home from work at about 7:45 pm Thursday night and didn't get to bed until past 10pm. Wasn't getting up at 4:45am.
Still feeling a bit beat up from the comp; both knees are in rough shape but I forced myself to do squats today. Not up to my usual tricsk but I got a decent 545 wrapped and belted and I buried and paused everything.
