Didn't train yesterday because I got home from work at about 7:45 pm Thursday night and didn't get to bed until past 10pm. Wasn't getting up at 4:45am.

Still feeling a bit beat up from the comp; both knees are in rough shape but I forced myself to do squats today. Not up to my usual tricsk but I got a decent 545 wrapped and belted and I buried and paused everything.

Rough week so far. Bench was a struggle today too.

Working on trying to keep my feet flat. Hard to get an arch though...

Thought I might be able to get more leg drive with my feet flat, but it kills my arch.

Still not feeling 100%. Deads were a chore today. Hit a wall at 5 plates. Could not pull 525 despite 3 or 4 attempts.

Also somehow managed to lose about 15 lbs since my comp.

I weighed in at 281....stepped on the scale this morning....265!!!!!!!!!! wtf?!?
