Overall this week of training was better than last so far. We'll be doing another bench session tomorrow.
Today was squats and wasn't up to my usual but not too horrible. Could have gone heavier but I ran out of time because Lisa thought it was important to make our bed before we headed out to the gym at 5:30am.
