Overall this week of training was better than last so far. We'll be doing another bench session tomorrow.

Today was squats and wasn't up to my usual but not too horrible. Could have gone heavier but I ran out of time because Lisa thought it was important to make our bed before we headed out to the gym at 5:30am.

Felt good this morning and everything was going well...to a point. Was super happy to get a triple at 5 plates but jumped to 525 and it felt welded to the floor. Finally got it on my 3rd attempt. Out of time and out of gas so that was it for the morning.
