Was not feeling too FLEX-ish today. Lower back was squawking but I made a smidge of progress.

Was hoping to squat 5 plates before year end but I don't see that happening....

Slacked off last week and no regrets. Enjoyed a nice Christmas Vacation with Miss Lisa.

Back to it and fired up for the Spring Supremacy in Utica. Hopefully I can get somewhere close to my old numbers...

I had to take 3 months off last year due to a torn bicep tendon and I feel like I am starting over. I don't feel strong at all!

Slow and painful...

No one wants to operate on me so I am waiting for an MRI appointment to see wtf is wrong. It should have healed by now.
