Arms are a funny thing, many years ago when my focus was on oly lifting for a while I did no direct biceps or triceps work on purpose because my bis were in the way. It seemed to have a lasting effect of lengthening them so now I will never have a bodybuilder arm. Not that I do any bi work now either. But, it does make my puny tricep stand out more.
Why doesn't the Mrs. Drive? It's not like you can keep the wheels on the road.
