Blowing the dust off this journal.
I stopped journaling after my last meet in April because honestly after 6+ years of non-stop journaling on various forums I just needed a break from doing it.
Then in July I tore my bicep tendon at the shoulder in my right arm. OHIP won't allow me to fix it. FML.
So anyway I haven't been to the gym since July 18th (I think).
I am planning on competing in April at the RPS Spring Supremacy in Utica so I started training again today and my shoulder is still in agony. Doc said it should take 6-12 weeks to heal. It's been longer than 12 weeks with zero improvement.
I am going to try to go see another sports doc, but anyway...after 3 months away from the iron I felt like shit. Did squats.
