Been watching this thread and learning your routine ,So you have been doing this for almost 4 full weeks so far. How is this comparing to the routine you were using ? I know its still early in this layout but are you gaining Mass ?Getting stronger ? noticing any benifits that you werent prior to changing lifting reg.?
