Been watching this thread and learning your routine ,So you have been doing this for almost 4 full weeks so far. How is this comparing to the routine you were using ? I know its still early in this layout but are you gaining Mass ?Getting stronger ? noticing any benifits that you werent prior to changing lifting reg.?

Biker Trash? tryin to be sneaky, huh. Well, combs or BT, a funny thing happens when I start a new heavy routine. The first few, I wanna see what I can do. I'll throw up the heaviest shit I can push or pull for a few reps. Then, I come back down to Earth, tighten my form up and start the grind. So, my training weights actually drop. I also just switched to a rat hole gym with some old skool equipment with a lot more wobble and shake than I'm used to. As far as results, I am getting stronger and my thickness is building. Size is my goal and body thickness to me is key for the image of size. The routine I was using was more for shaping and developing specific points....this current madness is just for bringing the beast.

I'll try and get a weight posted too...I stay off the scales cuz it effs with muh head.

The old skool stuff is the best! When your really into wanting a pr get a day pass at one of the gyms with all the nice shit in it.We train on bent bars ,rusty plates ,uneven farmers .When it comes contest time it just make it easier .

Totally like your idea of just doing squat every other week, as long as you still squat every week. I always feel like any set I do for legs after squats would have been better spent just doing more squats. I think doing wendler 5-3-1 for squat then doing 5x10 would be about the best leg workout you could get.
