Thanks to everyone who checked in on me....haven't been that sick in a long time. Kinda scary.

Went in last night and hit chest. A little off from my virus still, but lifted well.

Strong benching mayo. Glad you're feeling more like yourself. What bicep exercises do you use and what kind of volume? I do bi's with chest also.

Bis and Tris are usually hi-rep for me. I ripped my left, lateral bi 2 years ago and it still feels weird. I don't like crazy heavy arms b/c of the stress I put on tendons during back and chest day. My tendons hurt progressively worse when I do heavy arms and heavy push/pull.

Bi's last nite looked like this:
Seated(incline) DB curl
25 x til I was warm
50 x 10ish
50 x 10ish
50 x 10ish -drop- 30 x 10ish

Ez Bar Close Grip
65 x 18....hard squeeze, slower neg
65 x 15....same
65 x 15....same

Cable Curls w/ rope
80 x 20ish?.....til they were on fire

-My diet(above) was pretty shitty today. Didn't put down near enough calories and didn't drink near enough water. I felt like shit thru my entiere workout. My neighbor was at the gym and he said I looked pale and my cheeks were sucked in. Wanted to know if I was ok, lol.

Any extra DOMS from the railroads mayo? Also, how do you like smith presses?

LMAO, man I was so spent from those RR's that I just left without stretching....big mistake. I cramped all night long and am still not right. As for Smith, I don't like Smith presses. I press in an arc and the Smith restricts that which putts a big stress on my shoulders. Thanks for checkin in bro...

you dont eat very much. that is a lot of shoulder work for being pale and sickly looking :D nice job.

So.....Um well, I put a hyuge knot in the side of my leg and can barely walk, let alone train. I am hoping that it will go down enough to train tomorrow, but MAYO is temporarily out of comission. Sorry all.
