Nice squat..is that 500 a PR for you?
No, I've gone as high as 545 for 2 but that is it. Don't really have a need for 1 rep max's in BB.....just like to see what I can push sometimes.

Still a good thing to see how far you can go on occasion. Nice strong lifts

Summertime 2011 bromo....don't worry you guys will be posted up all along the way. Gonna try to run a bulk from Jan thru April and then transition to a cut from there. It all depends on what show I pick and how the bulk finishes....and of course no injuries and steady employment, lol

Great to hear, and I am sure you'll do well. As you have plenty of time to plan your prep strategy you should be good to go for a meet next summer

1130A- 8oz egg whites, 6tbsp liquid aminos, 1 tbsp omega3, 1scoop green food, 24g multi-specie protein
-10mg Win, 25mg Proviron

100P- 25g whey isolate, BCAAs, 1scoop GlycoMaize, 5g Creatine
-50mg Prop L Vastus Medialis
-30mg Win, 20mg Dbol

215P- CHEST(detail to follow)

330P- Dark Matter + BCAAs

430P- 50g Protein shake, 5g creatine, 5g glutamine, BCAAs

545P- 8oz ground beef, 2 slices wheat bread

830P- 6oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice

1030P- 50g casein, 5g glutamine
-10mg Win, 25mg Proviron
