Today is shoulder and some sort of chest day mixed with a little love for the triceps! Then it's kill the pizza day with Halo and wives.... Gonna try to destroy 2 large with my good buddy!!! One day a bunch of us need to meet up and see what can be destroyed, obviously a all u can eat place...
That would be one nasty bill! I use the slingshot more now because I don't have people to help with a shirt. Keeps the body in touch with the heavy weights
