Yup cant forget the crazy brother. we need to hit the Ihop when POB comes down. now that would be nuts and would probably end us up getting kicked out or them out of business

Not a lot on legs but I felt every bit. Knee held out pretty good. didn’t start using the brace until 225. Did a bunch of static holds at 495 just to get my back and the rest of my body ready for the upcoming punishment it is getting ready to endure..I took Tuesday off .

Lol if it makes u feel better brother u smoke my squat and deadlift. When u come in August we are hitting the local gym for some ass beating tri work.

Ran out of time today. Took longer breaks than normal and had to get little buddy out of day care. overall good workout . Going to start doing minor leg work every week and every other week squats until I get my tendons and legs back to normal.
