OHP = OMG.

Good work bud, impressive as hell.

I try!! This use to be one of my favorite lifts next to squats. When I tore my knee up i didnt realize it effected OHP... sucked with crutches and a knee imobilizer..

I bet that would have affected it for a while, you've made some massive gains then all things considered.

Lol my squats suck. I'll be posting them later. 1 week after surgery I was back in the gym with 38 staples Olin my leg. Upper body only. It knocked me on my ass pretty good.

What makes things awesome is TID! They make you grow and strive to get to the next level. Weird? Maybe but true.

Thanks brother. Trying to figure out what way I want to go now. Power lifting and the lifting of heavy weights is a drug. Lol

Today is shoulder and some sort of chest day mixed with a little love for the triceps! Then it's kill the pizza day with Halo and wives.... Gonna try to destroy 2 large with my good buddy!!! One day a bunch of us need to meet up and see what can be destroyed, obviously a all u can eat place...

If you come visit up north ever, there is a place that I'll take you, me and POB too....and halo and sad if all you guys come up for the meet in October, called the nordic lodge in Rhode Island. Filets, king crab legs (the real alaskan king crab), lobsters, oysters, jumbo shrimp, sirloins, chicken and plenty of dessert....I'm smaller than you guys but I'll surprise the shit out of people with how I eat....we'd all kill it! 2 hour time limit.

That would be one nasty bill! I use the slingshot more now because I don't have people to help with a shirt. Keeps the body in touch with the heavy weights

2 things:
1, I forgot to mention that the Nordic lodge is all you can eat!!!

2. I couldn't agree more. I threw mine on for a set last night, helped my elbows and shoulders.
