I like using bands for face pulls but I wouldn't use anything near 160lbs in band tension.

Today is shoulder and some sort of chest day mixed with a little love for the triceps! Then it's kill the pizza day with Halo and wives.... Gonna try to destroy 2 large with my good buddy!!! One day a bunch of us need to meet up and see what can be destroyed, obviously a all u can eat place...

Generous portions of General Tso chicken and push your head thru the lift to engage the lats.
