When I ordered this shirt she tried to give me the entry level they recommen for the first shirt. Didnt go with that one I went the next one up. It doesnt give what I thought but at the same time I need too get everything right before I go up to the next shirt. The Squat suit i should of went right to the double ply. I have a great raw squat and the suit will only add but i should of went bigger on this. I will place that order tomorrow.

cool.

I have an Inzer Blast Shirt, the shitty entry level one.

Its now in the back of my closet gathering dust.
Putting it on was a workout in itself and I just dont like how restricted I feel in the shirt.

Best of luck in this shirt and future ones.
A good friend of mine is starting his gear journey now too and its gonna be interesting to see what it brings for him

Added gray bands Reverse band squat
775 x 2

825 static hold 15 sec felt like an elephant on my shoulders

495 x 3,3,3

Old School Hack squats
205 x 8,8
265 x 6,6

SLDL
265 x 8,8,8,8

Seated calf raises

my legs are totally fried and exhausted in every aspect. I am however in the process of ordering a double ply squat suit with the straps today. Take a few measurements and placing the order. I am glad my I went equipped. Not sold on going higher yet in squats only because the walk is a bitch, so I plan on staying the weights and adding reps to the to the sets until I am in the position to use a monolift.

DAMN...710 is HUGE. I've never done static holds but I'm hearing more and more about them. I think I'll have to put them in my program at some point.

I also see someone else doing the old school hacks. Those just wear me down. When I get through with them I'm spent and happy to just have glute bridges left.

Those are rough to do. U got my respect bi! U put some huge numbers up on hacks. I am totally spent today. Like I said I am gonna keep killing it on squat to make up for my deads. I just ordered the T Rex from inzer and that's a double ply suit with the Velcro straps.

Multiply should be fun for you, JB. IF you know someone who can do alterations, even if you cannot get it quite to fit right, you can really get your gear to fight better. There was talk on another forum about how single ply and raw aren't too far off compared to multiply. I am betting you will notice quite a difference.

I've heard the same thing Hawk, that's why I wanted to start with the single even though I knowingly bought the meanest single ply on purpose :) I want to see how far I can take that learn the technique and then go multiply, although I'm getting old so can't linger around too long LOL... JB is going to kill with that squat suit, can't wait to see how it works for him.

Meh, both of you will excel. Just gotta get after it and get the technique down and learn your equipment. The weight will take care of itself.....
