First day back was a bitch. But I at least understand it will be a work in progress. numbers are way
off but they will come back as always

flat bench
bar x 35
135 x 15
185 x 10
225 x 8,8,8
315 x 4,3 i was curious

incline bench
135 x 8,8,8,8,8

flat bench alt dumbbell press
70 x 8,8,8,8,8

seated DB press
80 x 10,10,10,10,10

ended with a front,side,dumbbell raise

20 x 8,8,8,8,8

numbers stink but this is my starting point. Looking for solid strength gains over the next few weeks-months
Welcome back brother ... Right there with you after some time off. Good to see you're all healed up

There are three of us now myself, MJR and a youngster being coached by POB, We're going to be lifting Tue and Thur 7pm then Sat 3pm (we'll move this earlier when one of our jobs permits). Looking to build something special one person at a time. GoAway is within striking distance but a little too far to be regular. Can't wait to see you bro!

halo has been one of my best friends met each other on BOP. Lived 10 min from each other. He just moved about an hour alway and started building a gym in his garage. It's got it all. I will be making a few trips in the future. I'm going back to putting my health ahead of job again. Everything works better when this happens. I'm in MD, gonna have to have a session with halo and BOP next time he comes down. Bi I've been around yours and SS LOGS for years. Always an inspiration seeing you recover lol.

Great work brother, screw any concerns about working our way back up our numbers will come fast enough, enjoy the journey every step is a blessing to be able to do!

I am betting the big man is just busy with work and family. He is family man and has crazy hours. Trust me, between him and Halo, they work enough hours for 10 guys. Great thing about both of them is you could go months without talking to them and hit them up and it's like you just talked to them. Solid peeps.

He's always busy at work that cat is one of the only guys that was working more than I was when I was logging 100 + a week.
