Thanks BI! It's gonna be a long road. Gotta get past the bs weights I'm gonna be putting up but its all good. Slack now crush it later. It's a mental Delema I've had with dropping down so much and being discouraged about it. Then saying screw it. Gotta get r done though

We have teams forming all over so see if one is near ya... or if you're near me I could use someone to train with. Hell, I may move up by Halo.

halo has been one of my best friends met each other on BOP. Lived 10 min from each other. He just moved about an hour alway and started building a gym in his garage. It's got it all. I will be making a few trips in the future. I'm going back to putting my health ahead of job again. Everything works better when this happens. I'm in MD, gonna have to have a session with halo and BOP next time he comes down. Bi I've been around yours and SS LOGS for years. Always an inspiration seeing you recover lol.

First day back was a bitch. But I at least understand it will be a work in progress. numbers are way
off but they will come back as always

flat bench
bar x 35
135 x 15
185 x 10
225 x 8,8,8
315 x 4,3 i was curious

incline bench
135 x 8,8,8,8,8

flat bench alt dumbbell press
70 x 8,8,8,8,8

seated DB press
80 x 10,10,10,10,10

ended with a front,side,dumbbell raise

20 x 8,8,8,8,8

numbers stink but this is my starting point. Looking for solid strength gains over the next few weeks-months

Looks pretty good. It is a starting point but its going to be huge!!!
