Notes: pretty much everything felt a bit off today. I think it's a combination of fairly rapid weight loss and being near on exhausted. My partner was operated on on Sunday night, I flew home Monday for the discharge from hospital. So not much sleep happening.
Also my body shape has changed a fair bit. Basically my guts isn't pushing into my thighs anymore so it just feels different. Just something I'm going to have to get used to I guess.
