PoB I found a box!! Woot!
I haven't done a box squat in about 2.5 years and have never incorporated them regularly into training. Hitting the box seems to throw me forward a bit. I think I'm just not used to it. Or maybe I'm just not doing it right either!

Tried your bench set up too PoB. Got a video or two if your interested. Seemed to work very well. Different tho. My upper back popped a couple of times getting into position, which was concerning but also felt good so I must've had something out a bit I think.
And omg my ohp is week as piss.

Nice training, Enasni! Those box squats looked pretty smooth. I'll leave it to others to comment on your technique, but you made the weight look light. I think I had a slightly higher box (relative to what is parallel for me). That made my descent a bit different than a box at or below parallel - which looks like what you're using.

And as a member of Team Weak Overhead Press, we'd be glad to have you join us. Although, truthfully, it ain't that bad.

Agree with CL---although we will let Dad chime in---my box sq are usually at parallel, mostly because I'm so damn short that really everything is. I can see you coming forward a bit though, glad you got video and caught it.

Used to be on team mean OHP but back with you guys so we can get fierce together.

My comp squat is fairly narrow and very quad dominant. I read what PoB said to do in IronSouls thread, but seriously cannot widen my feet much without pain. My posterior chain doesn't do much, but I've always just worked with my strengths. Best comp squat (230kg wrapped) is quite a bit higher than my deadlift (215kg) so seems to be working for me... Improvement is always a welcome thing tho.
I think I'm about the same height as you TA (5ft3 and a bit lol)! So yeah that's a lil box. I think tho too, I just don't lock down my form until it's 'heavy' in my head. Which will probably result in a stupid injury and I'm trying to stop that bs thinking, but damn it's hard.
The equipment here can be limiting, but I keep discovering new toys. The gym must be buying up stuff. Yay!

I haven't been injured per se yet. Except dislocating a shoulder. That was a cluster**** situation tho.

Bunch of shit I rarely do and can't remember it all.
Bi/Tri super sets everywhere. Held my own. Pissed a fellow off who can't chin. Lol.
Couple want to squat, sorry do legs, tonight. We'll see how that goes.
