Lowering the weight on the box squats will only be temporary. Once you find the groove it's a wrap. You'll be good money.

P.S. Can we put a board-wide ban on using the phrase "woot" as a form of exclamation??! No offense....

You don't like woot? Wtf? It's an actually noise I make when happy. Except normally two of them. Sometimes there's a lil dance that goes along with it too. Pretty good times then!! Lol.
I'll try to curb it, but no promises.

First vid of the heavier box squats.
Second video was 130kg. It's a bit hard to see what my body is doing. I might have to get some less loose clothing going on.
Side note: I've accidentally lost 5kg this swing. I'm eating a lot but I walk about 15-18km a day most of that carrying something.

Excellent. These felt more like a thing too. lol. Think it's very slightly changed the way I'm squatting too. I can actually feel my hamstrings and butt helping for a change.

Notes: pretty much everything felt a bit off today. I think it's a combination of fairly rapid weight loss and being near on exhausted. My partner was operated on on Sunday night, I flew home Monday for the discharge from hospital. So not much sleep happening.
Also my body shape has changed a fair bit. Basically my guts isn't pushing into my thighs anymore so it just feels different. Just something I'm going to have to get used to I guess.
