Lateral raise

Squeeze thing & little band thing
X20x3 **** me left leg doesn't like that outwards thing
Ab roller

Leg raises

Foam rolling

Found a shitty little band. My left leg hates this outward movement. Cramping, Shaking, sweating, you name it, it sucks butthole. So yeah, I guess that means I should do it more often.

I'm kinda a day behind where I'd like to be. On Monday I flew home and pretty much slept the day away, so I'd normally have done yesterday's workout then. Today I've given blood so they tell me no lifting. Whatever.
I'm including a video of these paused deads coz I get all types of out of position doing these things. Might be that I did them too heavy. I basically couldn't be arsed taking the weights off the bar so just used what I had last used for the back off sets. No two reps alike, they're horrid. Feedback appreciated.

Wow... those paused deads... uh... that was um...

I didn't really get to see the set up from the start. I am curious how you approach the bar.

You just didn't look like you had gotten tight at all. Out over the bar, glutes looked loose which means low back rounds. Maybe you were just fatigued from travel or whatever.

Next time you do these wedge yourself under the bar, and keep that ass tight. Like most things in life it's all about a tight butt lol

Yeah all types of horrible. It doesn't happen if I'm doing a whole deadlift. It's just awkward. I don't know, could've just been fatigued as hell. Dunno. Worst couple of sets ever. Was just putrid.

So I missed week 3's third workout. Too busy christmas-ing.

Deadlift
130x2x15sets I think. Could have been 14. I'm not great at counting and lifting.
Belt added 2 sets from the end. Did these all at about a 3/4 in deficit. Didn't read the program properly.
Couldn't pin press, the bros needed to quarter squat, so did double paused bench instead.
60x5 x4 sets
More deficit deads!

Flew back to work today so been up since 3.30, so was a bit tired and had a headache most of the day. Took me an hour to talk myself into going to the gym. Glad I went tho. I must take a bit more time when reading the program, that was a lot of deficits. Lol.
