At a young 37 and 290 I only do dumbbells and our gym only goes to 150, so 150's on flat and incline. Yesterday got 5 on flat, used to do 5 sets shooting for 10 reps per set.
Max at the moment is at 190kg 4 reps then I go down on weight till eventually 60 kg. That is flat. Decline I can go heavier but incline I'm very weak, left shoulder cries out in pain.
