Just wondering how much everyone benches. Shirted and/or RAW.

Feel free to list your height, weight and best bench.

I haven't maxed out since last year. My best was 315 x 1 weighing 260-265lbs.

Not very impressive.

So what about you girls and guys?

My last max was about 6 months ago and I got 385 up RAW. I don't have any comp shirts or anything, never used em.
I'm 5'8 and at that time I was about 208-210. I'm probably not anywhere near that currently. I would say probably closer to 350 at the moment. I can get 315 without a spot for 5, too scared to push for more with no spot. Miss having a dedicated SOB to train with

I got to 325 twice recently; raw with no pause. I'm a fat 210 at 5'6".

I don't flat bench anymore but my last incline was 365 x 6. I don't like one rep anything do to injuries. 6' 3" 280lbs…

Wow big white! That's killer on an incline bro, good shit! This is gonna be a cool thread to follow. I'd love to see your numbers on a decline bench.

315x1. Occasionally I will max just to check. That was like 6 months ago. Flat back elbows out. I wouldn't know the first thing about a powerlifting style press.

435 for 1... Maybe could more if I didn't do working sets beforehand... Weight was 235ish

I'm not much for singles, but I did hit 365 about 3wks ago Flat Bench (Belt, Wrist wraps and chalk) I'm 5'8" 198lbs at about 14% currently. I'm a bodybuilder now but still hit 275 for 6-8 on the inclines. I only flat bench for fun once in a while.

Correction to my post, that lift wasn't raw. I had wrist straps.

Well, I was going to post until BigWhite posted his. lol

Just kidding. I am very weak at pushing. Shoulder injuries prevents me from maxing, so I have to estimate. Last time I benched, which was about 8 months ago, I did 275x7, so max would be about 305? I havent gone back to it since because of pain. I incline press pretty much every week though, and my best so far is 235lbs for 8-9.

Oh, just for SnGs, I can put on my Inzer Sleeves and get 265x6 on incline

I haven't benched in six months and haven't maxed out in years. I got 325X8 once, so whatever that would be, I dunno. 6ft 230lbs.
