My bench sucks.
Best lifetime was 350 x 1 twenty years ago at age 26.
I got 325 x 1 in November at age 46.
Dreaming of a 365 bench; not sure it will ever happen, but we don't attain what we don't reach for...
I wouldn't feel to bad. When I got the 325 for 8 it was probably three years ago and six months ago I could only do 315 for 7. I've gone nowhere but down in the last 3 years.
Can't we talk about squats now?
