My squat is bigger than my bench but not my front squat. It will be though

I haven't been able to Max out or gain strength due shoulder and neck injury. Otherwise i still can do 365 for 3. But I've been stuck there

I miss squatting. I said I wasn't going to anymore to help preserve my knees, but I have a feeling I'll be squatting again soon....

You want to make sure you can still get on your knees eh?

my best 1rm on bench is 315 raw at a competition. just a couple days ago I got 320 at the gym. I weigh 185. wow, there are some good benchers here.

I miss squatting. I said I wasn't going to anymore to help preserve my knees, but I have a feeling I'll be squatting again soon....

Yep that was my problem Turbo, my knees and back as well, also they seemed to expand my waist line to much.

I got this new angled squat machine now, and seems to take the pressure of my back and knees, and also seems not press on my obliques muscles and abs to much, i wish my arms grow as easy as my midsection. lol!

Banged 345 a few months ago before competing and was nightly close to getting 365 a week later... I'm natty right now and pushing 315 for a few at 173lb... Hoping to blow 345 and 365 outta the water in the coming months

455x1 on incline recently at 212BW...try not to go too heavy on flat bench, I have serious issues with my elbows.

Wear some single ply sleeves when you squat and than once you get to 85% wrap your knees. That'll help create a stable environment for your knees.

Solid advice right there and pretty much what I do as well. Never had major knee issues, but recently some nagging pain here and there. Got some knee sleeves and it's pretty much a non-issue these days.

And I'll wrap for the super heavy stuff.
