135x20,15
225x15
315x10
405x5
495x3
550x3
585x1
605x1 (Belt added)

Leg Extensions
50x50,42,40,30

Squats
135x50

Overhead Squats
135x10,10,10,10

That's all she wrote. I was mildly happy with today. Squats are getting a bit easier. Watched the vid, on the 605 I squatted to parallel. I don't like that....I want to squat past parallel to ensure I get it down. Wraps will help a bit too. I think part of my issue with squatting to parallel, is just being a bit nervous and not having spotters. I use Spud belts but still it isn't the smartest thing in the world. But that's me...LOL. I am going to work on when I walk it out, to take just two steps instead of shuffling and also work with spotters so there is a bit more comfort when walking it out and squatting. But overall, I won't complain. Can't wait to squat in wraps. I hear it helps a bit.

I missed a 600lb squat with a back spot, two side spotters and spud straps on the monolift. The side spotters just stood there and did nothing and the spud straps caught the weight with no problem at all. Best 90 bucks I've ever spent. They also caught 405 when hips randomly put the hooks down on the mono, caught half the bar and I dropped the weight from my back while standing up. Shifted the mono about 4 inches but those straps were solid :D

Spud suspension straps are worth their weight in gold imho. I use them every time I squat with the exception of my deload week.

Same here. Even if I'm doing 50% with some bands or something. Never know when you might rip your quad off or whatever. Like a gun, better to have it and not need it.

Thanks, guys. Yeah, I probably wouldn't have gone for it if it weren't for the Spud straps. Now, if I can add about 100 lbs to that total, I would be a happy camper. One thing I need to work on is the ability to get my toes pointed out a bit more and knees out. I noted that my knees don't flare out like they should. Hopefully, that will help a little iwht depth. I basically squatted to parallel and definiely don't like that.

That's one hell of a workout!
605 is monster shit too. They should make a comic book series about you.

Thanks, I got a long way to go. Still trying to work on getting my hips back first and then really focusing on getting my knees out. I noted on the 605 that I taped, I squatted more to depth. Part of it was due to me not gettingmy knees out more. I think once I add a tight belt and wraps, my numbers will go up a bit too....I hope. LOL.
