This shit all started when Mike Truesherrer however it's spelled put out an article about how speed work doesn't work. Westside got butt hurt and its spiraling down hill. Totally ghey.

Louie got all bitchy and whiny.... nooooooo. I don't believe it. He's never done something like that before, lol.

Read the article and I personally don't agree with it but it was an interesting article none the less.

Those sleeves from Elite Fitness are no joke. I ordered some for my elbows and WOW!!!! I couldn't even get them over my forearms. It was like shirted benching. LOL. Rehbands are even a bit tight, but in all honesty not terrible.

Got a pair of those elbow sleeves laying next to my computer as I type. Bought the xxl version and can't even get them on. Like to find some elbow sleeves that offer some level of support just not that extreme. Like you said those sleeves were like shirt material double-ply. I also bought their top of the line knee wraps these could be used for a tow strap. Don't get me wrong I purchase many products from them almost always completely satisfied but those two items simply can't put to use.
Hawk if you know someone that could put them to good use I'll bring them down next time.

Ok I'm blind - I'm in dire need of some great supportive elbow sleeves- you guys talked of some some - decades of injury , heavy weights, elbow locks repetitively and 1000s of hitting weighted suburi my elbows are shot - but I continue to train as I approach 50 I'm always on lookout for stuff I can use while nursing injury- those elbow sleeves???
Hey while I'm on a roll knee sleeve too lol. I wrap , I have some generic braces. Nothing I've ever loved

If you just want a little support but not to much I would suggest a neoprene elbow sleeve. It won't feel like the single ply (not nearly) and just for the record I don't wear them for elbow sleeves either. I gave mine away. I did and will go back to wearing neoprene elbow sleeves. Schiek makes a good one that's decent length. I personally don't like short sleeves but that's just my preference. Also don't forget to put some screaming toast under it to really get the area red hot and ready to lift.

How much support do you want? You could go with like I said.. the scheik neoprene or if you want a lil more you could go with the rheband blues. They're thicker and will give you a bit more support and a bit more help. I'd also really suggest you try the screaming toast.

A good wrap imho that's not to pricey and good for raw lifting is the Titan Titanium knee wrap. It'll help give you some pop out of the hole b/c it's stretchy, it doesn't bind, doesn't bite into your skin, and it's easy to wrap.

Didn't do anything else...back was still tweaked and my wrist is bothering me for some reason. Probably just being a big mangina. A week off from training was not good. So doing what I can and seeing how it goes.

Still not feeling strong. Kinda disappointed that but that's what happens when you take 7 to 10 days off. Also forgot my book for Cube so I didn't know what I was to do....didn't matter because I suck right now. Needless to say, it's time to dial shit in. The weight isn't going to lift itself.

What's going on? You abandoning the Cube Method? Seems like you've lost your oomph.
