Bar moved F..A..S..T today on deads. Went to the the other gym and I gotta say it was either the food I had, the preworkout, or the lifters but I was blasting the bar with ease today. I think the new environment is just what the doctor ordered. Weights weren't heavy but respectable at this new lighter me (right around 242).
